If the customer fails to arrive at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a "No-Show." In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged.
In the rare event that Point to Taxi Service is unable to fulfill a booking due to unforeseen operational challenges, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
